Two core processes, one quality system

MILL-5X

5-axis milling

Complex housings, brackets, manifolds and implant components machined in one or two setups, so features stay true to each other without re-fixturing.

  • Simultaneous and 3+2 machining
  • Undercuts, compound angles and contoured surfaces
  • Prototype through production quantities

TURN-SW

Swiss turning

Small, long and slender parts held to tight diameters along their full length: bone screws, pins, shafts, fittings and connector bodies.

  • Live tooling for milled flats, cross holes and slots
  • Thread whirling and fine threads
  • Bar-fed production for repeat runs
To add: machine list (make, model, bar capacity)

Tolerances we hold in production

Achievable tolerance depends on material, feature size and geometry. Send the drawing and we’ll confirm what we can hold before you commit.

Industries where a bad part isn’t an option

Aerospace

Flight hardware and ground support parts built to AS9100, with first article inspection reports and full traceability from bar stock to shipment.

  • Brackets and fittings
  • Actuator and valve components
  • Housings and manifolds
  • Fasteners and pins

Medical devices

Implant and instrument components in titanium, stainless and PEEK, machined to the tight diameters and fine finishes device makers specify.

  • Bone screws and pins
  • Orthopedic implant components
  • Surgical instrument parts
  • Device housings

Quality built into every job

From quote to shipment, each part follows the same documented path, so what you approve at first article is what arrives on every lot.

Inspection equipment

To add: CMM, vision and gauging equipment
  1. Review

    Contract and drawing review

Every RFQ and PO is checked for revision level, specs, flow-downs and critical characteristics before material is ordered.

  2. Trace

    Material traceability

Mill certs are verified on receipt and heat lots follow the job through machining, finishing and shipment.

  3. FAI

    First article inspection

AS9102 first article reports on new parts and revision changes, so you approve the process before production runs.

  4. Inspect

    In-process and final inspection

Characteristics are measured during the run and again at final inspection, with results recorded against the job.

  5. Ship

    Certified documentation

Certificates of conformance, material certs and inspection reports ship with the parts.
